Why does the program take so long to load? The program may take a long time to load, especially on a Mac. Be patient, it is loading. In some instances, you may have to click a button twice before the program responds to the click. The loading icon may look like it has stopped moving, but the program is still loading in the background. Each slide may also take some time to load. A slide is fully loaded when the mouse pointer appears as a hand near a button or a link. Before attempting to move to another slide or go to a link, wait for the slide to fully load. Every effort will be made to correct these issues in the next release of the product.
